马崟，男，回族，甘肃省兰州市人。社会学和社会政策博士，牛津大学赫特福德学院访问学者，硕士生导师，西北社会发展与评价研究中心特聘研究员。目前，为以下国际SSCI期刊提供匿名评审服务：International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, Frontiers in Psychology, Journal of Current Chinese Affairs, Asian Pacific Business Review, China Quarterly等。同时，也担任SSCI Sage Open的论文编辑(Article Editor)和国内期刊《科学经济社会》审稿人和责任编辑。
